Hin-Sing Au

Who is he?

Hin-Sing Au, a Hong Kong-born concert pianist, began his musical education at age six. His prodigious talent earned him a place in Hong Kong GMC Music Academy’s Young Pianist program. He has performed extensively in Hong Kong and achieved a full house at his 2019 solo recital. He has completed a dual degree, five-year program at the Cleveland Institute of Music. Currently, he is completing his doctoral studies (D.M.) at the Indiana University Jacobs School of Music and being the assoiciate instructor of piano at the university . A decorated competitor, Hin-Sing has won numeral awards worldwide. In 2020, he also founded “Fantasia Music Space”, a state-of-the-art collaborative studio in Hong Kong, fostering a community of professional musicians, amateur music students, and piano educators in terms of offering acoustically insulated grand piano practice rooms.

Second Master Recital

Hin-Sing Au’s final recital in the Kulas of the Cleveland Institute of Music will conclude his Master Degree, featuring an all-Schumann program.
